Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to deliver your edits: your name, email address, phone number, the service you request and the files you send us.
How we use your files
Your images and videos are used solely to produce the edits you commission. We never sell, licence or publish client files, and we only show work in our portfolio with explicit written permission.
Storage and retention
Files are stored on access-controlled cloud storage and permanently deleted 30 days after final delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Third parties
We use standard file-transfer services such as Google Drive, Dropbox and WeTransfer when you choose to share links through them. We do not pass your data to advertisers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing studio@infoeditwise.in.
