Orders and quotes
Every order is confirmed in writing with an agreed scope, per-file rate and delivery date before work begins.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours for photo sets and 2 to 4 days for video. Large or rush projects are scheduled individually.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope. Changes that alter the original brief may be quoted as additional work.
Payment
Invoices are issued on delivery for ongoing clients, or in advance for first-time orders. A free sample edit carries no obligation.
Ownership
You retain full copyright and ownership of all source and edited files. EditWise claims no rights over your work and will not publish it without written consent.
Liability
We take every care with your files, but you remain responsible for keeping your own master backups of all originals.
