1. Free Sample Policy

  • Free sample editing is available for photos only.
  • We do not provide free sample editing for videos.
  • Samples are provided to help clients understand our editing quality and style.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Our usual delivery timeline is 24–78 hours.
  • If the work is completed earlier, we will deliver it earlier.
  • Delivery time depends on the number of files, image quality, complexity, and editing requirements.
  • If a project is expected to take longer than the estimated timeline, we will inform the client in advance.

3. Editing Requirements

  • Clients should provide clear instructions, references, presets, or specific requirements.
  • If no specific instructions are provided, our team will follow a professional and natural editing style.

4. Revisions

  • Minor corrections based on the original instructions are allowed.
  • Major changes or new requirements may be charged separately.
  • Revision requests may affect the delivery timeline.

5. File Delivery

  • Final files will be delivered through the agreed platform or method.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and keeping a backup of their final files.

6. Payment

  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may have additional charges.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client photos, videos, and files will be kept confidential.
  • Files will not be shared publicly or with third parties without permission.

8. Quality & Editing Expectations

  • EditWise aims to provide clean, natural, professional, and high-quality edits.
  • Final results may vary depending on the quality, lighting, resolution, and condition of the original files.

9. Communication

  • Timely communication, instructions, approvals, and file sharing from the client help ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Delays from the client’s side may affect the delivery timeline.

10. Agreement

  • By submitting files to EditWise and proceeding with our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
